back to your life
What is it that you long for?
When you’re feeling stuck and want change, anxious and want relief, limited and want freedom, this may be a sign to look for more.
My Vision
I provide a trusted space for you to explore a way in which to bring balance back to your life.
Allow me to support you along your emotional healing journey utilizing EFT as you gain the confidence to support yourself in those everyday moments where stress or anxiety show up.
What is EFT?
Typical acupuncture points are along the meridians within our body, which hold the energy of our emotions and traumas.
Evidence-based, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), also called tapping, is a therapeutic practice combining elements of cognitive therapy and acupressure. It involves an individual tapping gently on their body, stimulating key meridian points, while also stating an aspect of the issue at hand. Tapping on these points causes the body to release a micro-electrical pulse, signaling safety to the mind and body and allowing the energy to be freed.

My journey
It all began for me when asked during my 3rd yoga class exactly this question, “What is it you long for?” Moving me to tears, and in desperation to reclaim the part of me I had lost in an unhappy marriage, I flooded myself with information on how to reclaim my wholeness.
Doing a deep dive reading self-help books, exploring the internet, listening to webinars and deepening my yoga practice all allowed me to strengthen my constitution and gave me the knowledge that it was time to part ways from the marriage. In a few short years, I then went on to become a yoga instructor, sharing my love of the practice with others.
Passionate to educate myself on alternative healing platforms, I listened to a webinar on EFT, a technique I’d never heard of. When I first practiced it on myself I found great benefit - my anxiety level was quickly lowered.
Remaining curious, and with a desire to go a bit deeper into the patterns of my thoughts and emotions, I decided to become trained as a Clinical EFT Practitioner. Working on my own issues with my mentor and fellow students allowed me to experience cognitive shifts to free myself from those limiting, self-sabotaging, behavioral patterns. While tapping is wonderful for anxiety, it is helpful in many more ways and each person’s experience differs.
